More Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the images.

Also included in this recent document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling various areas of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

More materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
